Care Home Jobs in Scotland

A blueprint to create around 150 jobs in Perthshire has been announced. The jobs within the care sector will be based at a planned Care Home in Perth. The plans are the brain child of entrepreneur Tony Banks who recently appeared on Channel 4's Secret Millionaire when he adopted a secret identity to work in an run down area of Liverpool .

The Care home build will be located on the grounds of a former nursing home and will include two care homes and residential properties .Planning is to be lodged with Perth and Kinross in January.

Mr Bank's company, Balhousie Care Group is moving forward in this new direction of care development with a similar operation opening in Coupar Angus in February . The group has around 20 care homes across Scotland to date.
