Hope For Hotel Jobs

Plans for "the world's greatest golf course" and a resort in Menie, north of Aberdeen, have been submitted by Donald Trump�.It is hoped that this will create new jobs.The proposals have been more than three years in the making but have finally been submitted to Aberdeenshire Council.An overarching plan for the site has been submitted along with detailed designs for the championship golf course. Approval for a hotel and accompanying village has not yet been sought.Dr Martin Hawtree, who designed the course, said: "The landscape framework of the site comes close to an ideal. There is nothing missing and the layout as conceived would contain no weak holes. It will produce simply the most dramatic, stimulating, invigorating stretch of golf anywhere I have seen in my career."
