Works with management and accounting to develop bid cost standards and new bid templates specific to the Subsea OU.
Tracks actual offshore execution and incorporates lessons learned into future bid estimates
Actively tracks competitor vessel schedules, actions, and strategies and incorporates any identified best practices or trends into JRM decision making processes.
Develops a subsea installation capability matrix to clearly identify JRM's capabilities and competitor capabilities to help identify key target market segments for JRM to focus on.
