Production Controller

You will ensure that the SAP MRP Control allocated is actioned as per the Operations requirements and that all the MRP demands and BOM's are reviewed and analysed to eliminate errors and ensure that all the Manufacturing, Purchasing and Subcontract activities are in line with the Build Plan.

Maintain specified resources schedules (status and reschedules required)

Expedite parts between operations as required to ensure smooth load

Create schedule per work centre and measure adherence

Measure and report on production capabilities

Liaise with Project Planners to ensure plans are up to date and that the schedule reflects the plans

Identify and resolve any capacity issues within work centres

Implement and measure Key Performance Indicators on a weekly basis

Qualifications & Experience required: -

ONC Level in Engineering \ Planning preferred

Minimum 5 Years MRP Experience

Minimum 5 Years Eng. BOM Experience

Minimum 5 years planning \ scheduling Experience

Minimum 10 years experience in an Engineering environment

Experience in using SAP preferred
