Our Client Require the services of a PM/Business Analyst preferably with exposure to the Utility Industry to assist in the implementation of a CRM Refresh. Our client is a combined Gas and Electricity Supplier, headquartered in Selkirk. The successful candidate shall have the following attributes;

Qualification : Degree Level, preferably in Numerate discipline,

Experience: Several years Analysis, Project Ownership ( PM skills in Project Governance, Planning,resourcing, Budget) , PMP /Prince Nice to have. Familiarity and experience of CRM Upgrade and implementations, SalesForce Experience Desirable. Electricity and Gas Billing , Registration and Customer Service very desirable.

Technical Background Previous experience of Microsoft Technologies ( Sqlserver etc..), Good Working Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Analysis Design experience ( UML Modelling, Requirements Capture etc..)

Other: Keenness , Flexibility and Ability to learn on the job in a fairly unstructured environment.
