Challenge: - Working with the Technical Architect to design, build, test and implement solutions to integrate business applications using web services. The candidate will contribute to identifying the correct technologies to be utilized on various projects. The candidate will work with the Technical Architect to design solutions and work through the full system life cycle. Production of solutions to required standards. In conjunction with other members of IT, help with development of appropriate development standards.

Technical: - Keep up with trends in technology through use of the internet, IT magazines, attending workshops and conferences etc. 1 to 2 years experience of Java, XML/XSLT, Web Services, SOA, ESB. Ability to quickly pick up new technologies and techniques. Practical experience of the full development lifecycle. Relationship building and able to develop alternative solutions to issues and drive through improvements

The person - Communication skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills. Able to demonstrate a strong attention to detail towards every task completed. Logical Problem solver - to enjoy finding solutions to problems. Team Integration -You will be a self-starter who is more than comfortable working on your own. You will be proactive as well as looking for solutions to challenges.
