We are presently recruiting for a Financial Adviser on behalf of one of the UK’s most established Financial Services Brands. If you have a recognised industry qualification (CeMAP, FPC, or equivalent) then we would like to hear from you.After a comprehensive training program, you will become a fully authorised, competent Financial Adviser, providing your Clients with tailored financial solutions across the full spectrum of financial services, including Life Assurance, Pension, Mortgage and Investment.

Identifying existing and potential customers from the existing client bank, as a Financial Adviser you'll work on your own initiative to arrange new appointments. Meeting with customers to gain a good understanding of their needs, you'll agree priorities and recommend the appropriate financial solutions available from a wide selection of products. You'll be managing your own customers, so you won't have to share your commission – and our client has changed there offer to enhance your earnings potential. You should be results focused and able to work independently, but it's also about being good with people. You should be able to help customers feel at ease with you in their home, and make them comfortable when talking about money.

The successful candidates will have a proven sales track record - experience as a financial adviser or mortgage adviser is advantageous but not essential.
