PI Adviser

RecruitingUK\'s Client is one of the most recognised Insurance brands, with an enviable market presence.
They have an immediate requirement for Personal Injury Advisers in their Glasgow Head Office.

This role will involve handling customer enquiries, providing them with an efficient and professional service at all times.

Specifically, the role can include –
• Effectively persuading the TP (Third Party) to settle the claim in the most efficient manner.
• Resolving complex complaints from customers.
• Handling and processing TP and Third Party Personal Injury claims up to £7500.
• Checking claim details for potential fraud and large loss indicators.
• Settling PI claims in accordance with all relevant and appropriate PI protocols.
• Processing credit hire claims efficiently.
• Keeping TP hire costs to a minimum.

Applicants will have relevant experience gained in an Insurer or Solicitor environment.
Progression towards IFC and CIP would be advantageous.
