Long established multi-national company which is Europe\'s largest mutual life assurance company is seeking to recruit a Private Client Manager.

As part of a regional office team of between 8 and 12 Direct Client Managers, you will achieve a target of circa £450k EI. You will manage and develop a customer base and secure appointments that maximise business opportunities.

You will develop long-term relationships with customers to enable lifetime value to be maximised. You will carry out initial consultations with customers to enable suitable advice to be given or to deliver non-advice options. Will present advice to customers ensuring compliant sales (standards for quality of advice and documentation achieved).

You will understand customer needs ensuring the appropriate advice and non-advice options are delivered. You will advise and explain to the customer ensuring they fully understand financial advice and service implications within financial regulations and company frameworks.

The prospective applicant must be qualified to/working towards the full AFPC or equivalent and have a solid knowledge of regulatory/legislative requirements. Must have a proven track record of successfully operating in a demanding, target driven customer focused sales operation. A proven record of meeting sales targets in a compliant manner and dealing with complex financial transactions with HNW clients.

 Experience as an Adviser in the regulated financial services sales environment, authorised under the financial services and markets act to give advice on life company products. Desirable K10 and K20 qualified (or equivalent).

Salary to £42k plus bonus, company car and pension OTE £100k
