LGV1 Multidrop Driver

An opportunity has arisen within our distribution sector for LGV 1 Drivers with 1 year + experience to carry out local and distance deliveries. We welcome applications from assessed drivers who are looking for full time and part time hours.

All staff must be trained and then inducted before commencing work.

Job Title : LGV 1 Driver

Pay rate :
8.00 Day Shift, 10.00 Night Shift, Sat 10.00, Sun 11.00
Self employed drivers we pay 1.00ph extra.

Hours of work :
Hours of Work specific to this assignment : Days, Nights and backshift Sun-Sat

Tasks :
Store Deliveries
Long Distance Trunks
Completing paperwork.
Providing excellent customer service with support and guidance to the customer and colleagues.
100% compliance to drivers regulations and Working Time.
Map Reading
Satellite Navigation Data Entry
Providing excellent customer service

Equipment used :
Tail Lift
Satellite Navigation System
Paperwork
100% Digital Fleet, Digicards essential.

Full induction will be given at the start of the first shift which will involve H&S, site rules, client requirements, training and paperwork.
Shift details may vary from the above where your client contact will update on your commencement of shift.
